Responsibilities
- reviewing and verifying the quality of care provided by in-home care agencies to clients in their homes
- ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- proper documentation, and accurate billing practices by conducting on-site visits to clients' residences
- reviewing medical records, and interviewing caregivers and clients to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
