What You’ll Do:
- Own the Optical Experience: Take charge of all eyeglass and contact lens sales and dispensing activities, including precise optical measurements, adjustments, and repairs.
- Guide Patients to Their Perfect Look: Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Keep Things Moving: Process sales orders promptly and accurately using MEC’s point-of-sale system.
- Navigate Insurance with Ease: Verify and process insurance information while clearly explaining patients’ benefits to ensure a smooth experience.
- Protect Patient Privacy: Follow all privacy and confidentiality guidelines, including HIPAA compliance.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate patient files using CLINK software to ensure seamless follow-up care.
What We’re Looking For:
- A People Person: Strong communication and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with patients.
- Sales Savvy: A persuasive approach and confidence in handling sales to meet and exceed goals.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and patient records.
- Tech Comfortable: Familiarity with computers is a must; experience with CLINK Advantage Software is a bonus.
- Experienced Professional: 1 years in optical sales or customer service preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is key!
