This position will act as a trainer to our professional staff to provide maximum efficiency in providing high quality care in the process of filling eyeglass prescriptions under the treatment plan mindset
- Work to deliver an engaging learning experience
- Assisting in the coordination and development of training for staff
- Conduct employee training and organizational development and coordinate activities in order to enhance the integrations of new staff
- Ensures proper training of staff through better understanding of job description and computer software
- Work closely with leadership team to nurture high quality learning environment in compliance with professional standards
- Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, and frequent consultation with leadership team.
- Assist with designing, developing, and implementing trainings and processes with both the company’s requirements and team members’ needs.
- Collaborate with leadership team in training development and delivery.
- Ensure training and development is consistently (techniques, objectives, direction, etc.) performed throughout the various teams and locations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff members.
- Collaborate to ensure smooth coordination of training times and spaces.
- Assist with role playing and live monitoring.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure that they reflect current policies and processes.
- Maintain schedule of all ongoing training.
- Willingness to travel throughout The United States to meet all training needs.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Basic keyboarding skills and some experience with Word, Excel and an aptitude to learn and apply new software applications quickly.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
