As a Manufacturing Cleanroom Technician, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality pharmaceutical products in our state-of-the-art facility. This position involves operating and maintaining cleanroom equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and documenting production processes accurately. Working in a regulated ISO 7 and ISO 5 environment, you will contribute to the delivery of affordable and reliable healthcare solutions. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge manufacturing processes and equipment in a supportive team setting, with opportunities for growth and development.
Position Details
- Location: 24416 N 19th Ave Suite 200, Phoenix AZ 85085
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays depending on production. Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in compounding, filling, and packaging areas.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
- Set up and change over equipment for scheduled production.
- Utilize specialized equipment for in-process testing, including scales, pH meters, oxygen meters, dissolved oxygen meters, and filter integrity testing.
- Perform arithmetic calculations for weights, percentages, and ratios.
- Handle auto/hand packing, tray wrapping, and pallet stacking.
- Conduct outgoing inspections per batch record requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness in ISO 7 and ISO 5 environments using aseptic techniques and ISO gowning standards.
- Accurately document production processes in batch records, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Requirements:
- Cleanroom experience preferred (training provided if not experienced).
- Basic arithmetic and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to cleanliness and documentation standards.
