Description

Medivant Healthcare (www.medivanthealth.com) is a USA based pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The company manufactures sterile injectables at its 2 sites in Phoenix, AZ.

The company is looking to recruit an experienced executive assistant to support the CEO & CMO of the company. Your main job will be to be involved in C-level meetings, take minutes & circulate to all stakeholders, follow up with the respective stakeholders for their commitments, circulate agenda's etc. and also manage the C-level meeting calendars.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings.
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• Must have been an executive assistant for at least 10 years.
• Must have supported C-suite level executives for at least 5 years.
• Must have worked in a pharmaceutical company supporting C suite executives.
• Must be fluent with Microsoft suite of programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Salary Description

$55000-$65000
