Medlogix is seeking an energetic, self-motivated salesperson with insurance industry and/or medical claims management experience. The Regional Sales Representative will turn existing contacts and new leads into new business. The individual will focus on lead generation, identify and pursue new opportunities with insurance companies, TPA’s, self-insured employers and other qualified prospects. This individual will be expected to meet and exceed sales goals. The position coordinates with the company's key stakeholders, operations team members and inside customer service representatives and provides data on all opportunities and accounts. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and have a “can do” attitude. We offer a base salary plus commission.
Essential Job Functions:
Medlogix’s NJ Regional Sales Representative will serve as the lead contact with their assigned book of business to ensure all products, services and workflows meet and exceed client expectations. Client relationship management and retention is key. The successful Regional Sales Representative will work closely with the Operations team to monitor contract compliance, identify trends and spearhead issue resolution. Additional responsibilities include working with the Sales team to seek product expansion opportunities to benefit program outcomes.
Additional Job Duties:
Achieve high account visibility (through meetings, phone calls, email, industry, and events)- Identify and initiate relationships with new industry contacts
- Relationship building both internally and externally with industry contacts
- Inter-departmental communications for optimal servicing
- Account Manger must understand client trends and referral patterns while keeping abreast of the competition and industry regulatory requirements
- Have expert knowledge of the MyMedlogix portal application in order to help resolve issues, provide demonstrations and assist with training an onboarding of new adjusters
- Attend key meetings/presentations; Set-up year-end-review and other periodic meetings with client and key Medlogix stakeholders
- Maintain CRM database with client updates and new growth opportunities regularly
- Give assistance and support to Sales including lead generation
- Onboarding/Set-up of new accounts within Medlogix
- Support account growth – pursue opportunities to expand product and service offerings
- Work with internal customer service representatives and managers to ensure customers' needs are met
- Troubleshoot problems regarding customer products and handle issues as necessary
- Develop marketing and sales plans for growth of existing accounts
- Keep informed of industry changes, new products, services, and other items of interest to customers
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college is preferred- 1-3 years in Auto and/or Workers’ Compensation, Medical Claims, Independent Medical Exam and Peer Review account management experience
