We are currently seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day production floor operations. This key role ensures that all products meet MedPak Solutions' rigorous standards for quality, consistency, and industry compliance. The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, implement quality controls, and ensure operational efficiency to maximize output and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and optimize daily production floor operations, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the team.
· Collaborate with the CEO and production team to identify and implement strategic process improvements aimed at minimizing waste, reducing operational costs, and enhancing productivity.
· Align production activities with company profitability metrics, ensuring that output meets or exceeds efficiency goals while maximizing profit margins.
· Regularly report to the CEO on recurring quality concerns or operational bottlenecks, proposing actionable solutions that directly impact profitability and cost control.
· Conduct frequent quality inspections of materials, components, and finished products to guarantee they meet client specifications and industry standards, minimizing defects and reducing rework costs.
· Proactively address production challenges by troubleshooting issues, streamlining workflows, and recommending improvements that boost operational efficiency and product quality.
· Establish and sustain robust quality control processes that ensure compliance with industry regulations and company sustainability objectives, while reducing the cost of non-compliance.
· Maintain thorough documentation of production performance and quality control, using data-driven insights to inform corrective actions that support cost reduction and operational efficiency.
· Oversee the upkeep and optimal functionality of machinery, tools, and production lines, prioritizing safety and minimizing costly downtime.
· Participate in audits and compliance reviews to identify opportunities for further cost-saving measures and operational improvements, ensuring the company consistently meets quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in production or quality assurance support, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Ability to lead a team with excellent communication skills to senior management
- Result-driven, ability to meet and exceed company’s and client’s goals
- Familiarity with quality control standards, testing methods, and inspection processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product defects and inconsistencies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including product specifications and safety standards.
- Experience with production machinery and equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory standards in packaging, quality assurance, and sustainability is a plus.
