In this role, you will…
- Maintain the Defense Panel list for Claims division.
- Prepare monthly updates of the Defense Panel Scorecard.
- Prepare the monthly Claims optimization presentation.
- Work directly with Divisional Claim managers to ensure optimization of operational metrics.
- Update and analyze indemnity reserves quarterly.
- Assist in preparation of monthly International Claims and Premium files.
- Assist with ad hoc claim audits.
- Take on other projects as assigned.
- Participate in company and community activities.
- Active enrollment in an Analytics, Finance or Accounting Bachelor’s degree program with at least one year remaining.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Insurance knowledge helpful but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
- Strong skills in Microsoft office, especially Excel
- Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 25-30 hours/week during the summer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
