In this role, you will…
- Provide legal support to legal team in performing various research projects, developing memos, and assisting in projects that need a quick turnaround.
- Assist with legal/compliance matters such as research, document control, statutory. requirements and insurance regulatory requirements.
- Take on various other duties and projects as assigned.
- Active pursuit of JD with at least one semester completed.
- Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties.
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness with strong documentation skills.
- Mandatory computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Understanding of Westlaw is a plus.
- Superb analytical skills and leadership skills.
- Availability to work 40 hours/week during the summer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
