Are you ready for the next step in your career? The Executive Assistant will provide professional administrative support to our C-Suite Team. In this role, it is necessary that you enjoy managing diverse responsibilities, make well-reasoned decisions about prioritizing responsibilities, and have a passion to learn and develop with the company. This position will coordinate internal and external meetings which may involve scheduling, making travel arrangements, ensuring needed amenities are available. The candidate must be professional with and an in-depth understanding of software and office equipment. This position requires dependability, approachability, self-motivation and a commitment to hard work.
What You’ll Do:
Organization: Coordinate and manage executive’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
Prioritize: The ability to prioritize tasks and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Professional: Must maintain professionalism and provide courteous, helpful, and prompt attention to all parties with which they interact.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Technical: Must be able to prepare documents, reports and presentations.
Projects: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives.
Discretion: Handles sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Maintains a high level of confidentiality in both internal and external communications.
Knowledgeable: Supports company policies.
Ability: Assists in other areas or with other duties and projects as assigned.
Who You Are:
Tech-Savvy: Computer based skills including Office365 and Google Suite
Experienced Professional: Experience working with multiple departments
Collaboration: The ability to collaborate with executives, departments, vendors and external customers.
Knowledge: The ability to learn the transportation industry, our products and services.
Communication: Ability to communicate well with others through technology, writing skills and organizational skills.
Detailed: Able to retain detailed information to develop a strong knowledge of Company demographics. Understanding and effectively managing detailed information about the company’s workforce, customer base, and market segments.
Customer Centric: Positive, professional attitude with employees, vendors and customers.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred
Experience: 5 years of senior level management assistance required.
Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 and Google Suite. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
