- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue goals, penetrate new markets, and grow Meisinger USA's market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a national sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed their individual and collective targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with distributors, key accounts, and strategic partners to drive business development initiatives.
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee sales processes, CRM utilization, and operational efficiency to streamline workflows and improve performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with company goals, marketing efforts, and customer success initiatives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage sales budgets, set sales targets, and track performance against projections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in sales leadership, preferably in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Experience managing sales teams, building partnerships, and expanding into new markets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically (up to 50%).
