Position Overview
The Data Integrity Specialist at Melone Hatley, P.C. is tasked with various projects centered around data maintenance and data entry. Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize trends, errors and inconsistencies in data sets is vital to this role. The ability to copy and enter data from forms and databases with the highest level of accuracy is a must. After training, you will be tasked with pulling certain data from our databases and appending or updating records accurately. There will be various data clean up and maintenance projects assigned to support our ongoing efforts to maintain accurate records to aid in developing new metrics and visualizations to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Moving data between sources.
- Checking for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting and overall data accuracy and integrity.
- Adding to and modifying accounts to add data points for reporting and analysis.
- Reviewing and merging duplicate accounts.
- The highest level of privacy and confidentiality for all data and personal information that you may become privy to.
- Various projects as assigned, reviewing and transforming data.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excel Proficiency including, but not limited to, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong typing and communications skills.
- Ability to update and maintain a high volume of customer accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to follow project timelines and communicate ideas, issues, improvements and trends. observed when interacting with the data.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Experience or studying in the legal, business or marketing fields is preferred.
- High School Diploma, required.
