Pay :
0-5 months - 52¢ per mile
6-11 months - 53¢ per mile
1-2 years - 58¢ per mile
3 years - 60¢ per mile
After 120,000 Melton miles - 60¢ per mile
After 240,000 Melton miles - 61¢ per mile
After 360,000 Melton miles - 62¢ per mile
After 600,000 Melton miles - 63¢ per mile
After 900,000 Melton miles - 64¢ per mile
After 1,200,000 Melton miles - 65¢ per mile
Veterans with military driving experience could qualify for an additional 6 cpm in starting pay!
Home Time :
- Flexible Home Domicile
- Bank unlimited Days
- Drivers are out a minimum 2-3 weeks at a time depending on home domicile.
Military Veterans :
Melton honors military veterans and transitioning service members by offering VA apprenticeships, veteran resources, and so much more!
Qualifying veterans could receive up to an additional $19,000 of tax-free BAH within their first year. If they opt to remain in the program for the full 24-months, they could receive over $29,000 of tax-free BAH!
