Position is rewarding and the candidate must be detail oriented, experienced in getting bids, working with vendors, must be extremely organized, have good follow-through, deal well under pressure and be able to multi-task. Individual must have a VERY pleasant attitude and enjoy working with unit owners and vendors.

Candidates must possess all of the following:

Customer Services, Customer Services Customer .........
Between 3-5 Years In The Condominium Property Management Field.
Communication Skills
Responsiveness (Constant E-Mail Communication With The Boards That Will Be Your Clients Staff That You Will Oversee.
Working Knowledge Of Building Systems
Organize Community Events
Ability To Organize And Present Monthly Packages.
Experienced In Condominium Communities And All Working Operations.
Understanding Of Budgeting Process / Financial Reporting
Working Knowledge Of Building Documents (Proprietary Leases / Offering Plans / Bylaws, Etc.)
Working Knowledge Of City Codes / Violations / Proper Procedures
CAI Certification A Plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
