MEMCO is hiring for Scaffolding Helpers in North Charleston, SC!!
Full-time and long-term
Hours: 7am-5pm; Monday-Friday with OT available
Pay: $18/hr
FULL PPE, including Steel-toed boots
MEMCO is looking for Skilled Scaffolding Helpers to join our customer's team and contribute to their ongoing success. As a Skilled Scaffold Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of tasks related to scaffolding installation, maintenance, and dismantling. We are seeking individuals with experience in construction and a strong understanding of safety practices.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble, dismantle, and install scaffolding on job sites
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet project needs
- Work with the team to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety while following all safety guidelines
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with supervisors and crew to coordinate work and solve issues
- Promote a positive, safety-focused team environment.
What You Need:
- Construction experience, preferably in scaffolding or similar work
- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to handle physical labor in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must have full PPE, including steel-toed boots.
This is a Temp to Hire position.
A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
