RT. active license in WY, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required with 3-5 years' experience of RT staffing experience. Growth mindset and ability to increase quality care, patient satisfaction and tests/visits and billable charges in Cardiopulmonary and Cardiac Rehab and then establish Pulmonary Rehab while maintaining HUOS targets. Assure all department regulatory requirements are met. Improve employee engagement. Establish evidence-based standards are set, and assure validation of competence are met consistently. Continue to care for patients as a working staff therapist while serving as an example to staff in contact expertise, professionalism and growth.
