DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Exhibit a commitment to self-development by staying current on information, tools, and systems. Effectively manages the revenue cycle of drayage operations. The Logistics Manager will oversee billing for multiple locations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the day-to-day drayage operations billing.

2. Responsible for managing the performance of the department and operations

3. Accountable for interaction with the customer on an ongoing basis regarding customer billing and audits

4. Communicate service issues, upcoming workload, and any other pertinent company information to appropriate personnel and customer

5. Facilitate process streamlining in the drayage billing department

6. Develop processes and procedures for teams to ensure success of properly servicing of customer demands

7. Develop process to Investigate and properly dispute invoices from steam ship lines, ports, container yards and others

8. Develop a full working knowledge of Company TMS and champion the adoption of best practices

9. Responsible for auditing all billing activity for accuracy

10. Report out on locations financial and operational performance

11. Assist and develop transportation supervisors, specialists and associate in leadership and employee development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

1. 3 years of experience with port/drayage operations

2. 3 years of experience with supervising/managing a team

3. Bachelor’s degree

4. TMS Experience (Trinium preferred)
