Provide administrative for referral and intake specific functions to the Executive Director or related to overall program operations. Manages referral process for consumers, tracks referral related activities and . Provides coordination with agencies, consumers, families, and other stakeholders. Review referral documentation and track referral processes. Coordinate with other stakeholders to maintain accurate data regarding referrals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma is required
- Experience working in electronic health records preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
- Experience with data analytics preferred
