What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of the Firm: Act as the primary client contact, managing calls, scheduling, and service inquiries.
- Support Leadership: Provide high-level administrative support to the firm’s Partners.
- Enhance Client Experience: Draft and manage client communications, including bulk reminders and follow-ups.
- Drive Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
- Take Ownership: Manage tasks from start to finish and support additional requests as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 2 years in an office or administrative, client-facing role.
- Education: Some college coursework preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Hybrid Work Model: 100% on-site during tax season (January-April & September-October), then 3 days in-office and 2 days remote with additional flexibility.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Optional Saturdays during tax season for extra hours).
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks annually to recharge and relax.
- Paid Holidays: Closed for all banking holidays.
