Responsibilities: This position oversees the day-to-day work of designated clinical staff through supervision, training, and evaluation. In addition, this position will perform duties as a certified medical assistant or licensed practical nurse to ensure that Mercer Medicine continues to operate efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required. Additionally, one year of prior experience directly related to the held certification is required. Some supervisory experience is also required, though it does not have to be in the medical field. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to multi--task with office functions of medical practice.
