We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high-quality standards across various facilities. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to company standards.
- Train, motivate, and guide cleaning staff to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Inspect work areas regularly to identify and address cleaning needs, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
- Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, or special requirements.
- Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards among team members.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish .
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
Working Conditions:
This position may require working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays, depending on the needs of the facilities managed.
