Purpose and Scope:

The Production Operator is responsible for following the training parameters to become competent in injection molding machines

Responsibilities: The Production Operator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, learning the process to:

• Load plastic tubes onto molding machine and activate the machine
• Unload tubes from core pins at the end of the molding cycle
• Maintain cycle times
• Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications
• Pack finished parts for shipment
• Keep equipment and work area clean

Job Requirements

Required Core Competencies: To qualify for the Production Operator position, the candidate is required to have:

• Hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to stand for up to long periods of time
• Must be able to use pull, push, and stretch out with wrists, fingers, palm, and forearm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
