Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Position in Plastic Molding Technology. Will be Trained on the following:
- Operate and monitor plastic molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of machines for different production runs.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and basic machining equipment as needed during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production.
Skills
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements.
- Experience with hand tools and basic machining processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques to assess product standards is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of forklift operation is beneficial but not required; training may be provided.
- Understanding of plastics extrusion and injection molding processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining focus on individual tasks.
