As our Sales Representative, you will manage existing customers as well as develop new business within the Lakeland, FL market and surrounding territory. Our Sales Representatives drive business development and serve as a representative of the company, ultimately acting as a point of contact for our clients ensuring they receive premium products with a high degree of customer satisfaction in a manner that is profitable for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to develop business in an industry with high demand and limited competition, and that "extra something" that separates the most successful people from the rest.

Typical job functions will include:
- Drive business development, build and maintain close relationships with clients, and ensure supreme customer satisfaction in the assigned territory
- Develop the skills and product/service offerings knowledge necessary to become a technical expert in our business
- Plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Manage projects from beginning to end
- Speak effectively with existing customers and educate prospective customers on the various products and services we offer
- Provide excellent customer service and prompt responses to all customer inquiries

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in construction equipment rental, sales manufacturing or managing construction projects
- Knowledge of dewatering or bypass pumping preferred
- Associates degree in construction management or a related field
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and bidding procedures
- Skills in workflow analysis and management

- Knowledge of contract documents and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements
- Ability to travel
