Merton Auto Body is Hiring an Auto Body Technician Near Oconomowoc, WI

Hey there! Do you have the skills to bring cars back to life, just like your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man swings in to save the day? At CollisionRight, we're looking for an Auto Body Technician who's ready to tackle the toughest repairs and get our customers back on the road. If you're all about precision, teamwork, and using your powers for good, this is the perfect opportunity to suit up and join a team that’s as dedicated as Peter Parker is to protecting New York City.

Text MERTBT to (614) 412-1109 to apply today!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

  • Assess the Damage: Evaluate and examine damaged vehicles like you’ve got Spidey sense. Plan your repair moves with expert efficiency.
  • Stay Connected: Just like Spider-Man’s always in touch with his team, you'll keep management and your crew up to date on vehicle repair status. If there’s a snag in the process, you’ll communicate it faster than a web-slinger crossing the city!
  • Safety First, Always: Whether you’re scaling buildings (or, you know, just working on cars), safety is key. Maintain your tools, keep your workspace clean, and wear all necessary protective gear—safety is part of the superhero code.
  • Play by the Rules: Make sure you're up to speed on federal, state, and local regulations, just like how Spidey knows his way around the city’s laws.
  • Team Up: Collaborate with your fellow heroes (a.k.a. coworkers) to ensure that every car gets back to action, just like the Avengers joining forces to save the world.

What Powers You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the collision repair world, with a working knowledge of the tools and techniques to repair vehicles like a pro.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures so you can remove and replace damaged parts faster than Spidey can dodge a punch.
  • Physical Strength: The agility to handle regular lifting up to 35 pounds (and occasionally over 70) and perform hero-worthy movements like climbing, crouching, and balancing.
  • Fast Reflexes: Be quick, accurate, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment, just like our favorite web-slinger!

Your Supercharged Perks:

  • Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is preferred (no web-swinging to work, unfortunately).
  • Certifications: Already have I-CAR or ASE certifications? That’s like having the Stark Tech of auto body repair! If not, we’ll help you get there.

Why CollisionRight?

  • We’ve Got Heart: Our core values—Act with Care, Bring the Right Energy, Celebrate Success, and Embrace the Challenge—are at the heart of everything we do.
  • We’ve Got Your Back: Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to keep growing your skill set. We’ll even help you stay certified and on top of your game.
  • Team Spirit: Join a league of over 1,500 team members across 90 locations. We fix over 80,000 vehicles a year—and every repair is a win worth celebrating.
  • Lifetime Guarantee: We believe in doing it right the first time, every time. No shortcuts, no cut corners—just high-quality work with a lifetime guarantee for as long as our customers own their vehicles.

So, if you’re ready to swing into action, help customers get back to their everyday lives, and work with a team that’s as strong as a web, apply today. Let’s make sure every vehicle we touch drives off like a superhero in disguise!
