Essential Job Functions:

Overseeing both outlets in absence of manager

Voids and Comps for fellow associates

Dealing with guest complaints and compliments

Communicating with management on guest and employee issues

Stepping in and helping employees when busy

Employ reading and math skills in order to follow specifications for service of food and beverage items and to make proper and accurate cash transactions.

Keep all refrigeration, storage, and snack bar equipment as well as tables, chairs and working areas in clean, working condition in compliance with all regulations.

Stock and rotate all food and beverage products.

Lift materials weighing from 1 – 20 pounds, up to 4 feet in height (or counter height), and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds at a height of 4 feet, or move or push goods on a hand cart weighing up to 200 pounds. Help should be sought for lifting items above 50 pounds.

Comply with hotel rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of Hotel facilities.

Grasp, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, walk/stand for duration of shift, walking up to 2 miles during an 8-hour shift.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the Hotel.
Education:
Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Licenses / Certificates:
Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification.
