Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:
- Assist customers in choosing suitable wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
- Provide excellent service by resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
2. Sales:
- Promote and sell wireless services, prepaid plans, and mobile devices.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on wireless plans, new devices, and promotional offers.
- Educate customers on features, benefits, and usage of products.
4. Store Operations:
- Process transactions, including activations and payments.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer prior retail experience).
2. Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
3. Sales Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and close sales.
4. T echnical Skills:
- Familiarity with smartphones, wireless services, and basic troubleshooting.
5. T eam Player:
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals.
6. Flexibility:
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
