Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding inquiries, appointments, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby and full center office area
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning, emailing and photocopying
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Savvy in internet, gmail, documentation uploads/downloads, etc., required
-Strong experience in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
