Position: RN (All Specialties like - ER, PCU, ICU, Med/Surg Tele, L&D, )
Contract: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 or 40 Hours
Location: Arizona
Shift: Days, Nights, and Evenings

Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, including urgent care and teaching hospitals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient’s health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving the facility.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including those requiring dementia care and catheter care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatments, and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with medical office standards.
- Stay informed about workers compensation law as it pertains to patient care and treatment.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice; travel nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Experience in urgent care or teaching hospital environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in discharge planning and familiarity with dementia care practices.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education.
- Must be willing to travel as needed for assignments.
