Job Description
MetroLogo is looking for someone with experience to assist the management of ourSmall Business and help with the Operations of our growing our established promotional products company and related ONLINE STORES. We are looking for someone with organizational skills and experience simultaneously managing multiple projects through to completion. An INTEGRATOR. Digital marketing, Social Media and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. We are based in the Washington, DC Metro area (Bethesda, Md.)
Full-Time

Compensation: $45k-$60k (inclusive of base compensation bonuses)
Office Manager is a high-energy person who is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically. Ideally, you are creative but love details and being organized. You have experience in the different facets critical in small business: sales, Social Media, Digital marketing, administration, operations and people leadership.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Help manage communication between clients and Metrologo team members, ensuring that all tasks are implemented and followed through to completion: Exceptional Communication and Organization is necessary. This includes email, text and phone time.

Operations:

  • Assisting in Big Picture company tasks, team meetings and internal and customer facing communication

Sales & Marketing:

  • Assist the Team with strategic planning and management of digital marketing efforts and follow up
  • Connecting with new and existing customers and vendors on specials and promotions
  • Social Media Strategy, Management and fulfillment of online stores – Shopify, Instagram and Facebook

Administration Support:

  • Sales Report Management across a variety of business platforms
  • Helping to keep all records up to date
  • Day-to-day admin support as needed

About you:

  • A belief in Conservative values in general business and professional life
  • 2 years of experience managing various administrative tasks in a small business or start up.
  • Experience and enjoyment in multi-tasking and being involved with different areas of the business while focusing on overall business goals
  • Strong decision making skills and interest in being part of a growing business

  • Administrative Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
