- Assist with organizing and leading camp activities, such as games, crafts, STEM activities, etc.
- Supervise students during structured and free-time activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Help maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere for all students and staff.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up before and after each activity.
- Encourage participation and engagement in activities.
- Assist in handling camper behavior issues in a constructive and positive manner.
- Ensure that campers follow camp rules and guidelines.

- Experience working with children ages 5-18 in educational, recreational, or mentorship settings (e.g., tutoring, coaching, volunteering, or students pursuing a degree in childhood education).
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and patient with children.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict in a calm and professional manner
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to participate in activities and stand or walk for long periods.
