We are now hiring for a part-time Maintenance Assistant to join our Learning & Wellness Center Team!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assists in the maintenance of property and facilities.

Carries out specific tasks regarding maintenance to buildings.
- Assists in preparation of site buildings for the changing uses in summer, fall, winter, and spring.

Carries out specific duties related to the center, including housekeeping, and distribution of supplies, and other tasks.

Reports all needs for maintenance repair to Site Supervisor.
- Assists with specific tasks such as cleaning the outside of the property and other light duties such as washing windows and doors, shoveling, and spreading salt during winter.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience required or HS/GED with demonstrated aptitude to develop basic maintenance skills

Demonstrated aptitude to learn basic maintenance skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.

Ability to organize.
SALARY:
The average starting salary or compensation for this position will fall in the range of $15.40 to $17.00 hourly. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.
