What are the responsibilities and job description for the Acquisition Analyst / Associate (Multifamily) position at MFM Search LLC?
My client specializes in acquiring and managing real estate properties, prioritizing both short-term income generation and long-term value creation. They currently have an opening for an Acquisitions Analyst or Associate to join their dynamic and extremely active real estate team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all quantitative functions of the investment process
- Prepare cash flow analyses and investment memos
- Evaluate optimal capital structures for each investment opportunity
- Develop new and/or audit existing Excel models
- Present financial models to senior members of management, brokers and lenders
- Maintain acquisition pipeline and database
- Compile sales and market data for inclusion in quarterly reports
- Assist in transaction due diligence and coordinating third-party vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field required
- Minimum of four years of directly relevant multifamily real estate underwriting experience required
- Experience with real estate valuation processes, underwriting, cash flow analysis and return on investment principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build structure in an ambiguous environment
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
