Duties
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units to prospective tenants.
- Manage the application process, including data entry and contract preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC requirements throughout the leasing process.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable for showings.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads and follow up with potential tenants effectively.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
Skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build rapport with prospective tenants.
- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle tenant concerns professionally.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Knowledge of property leasing processes, including contract preparation and execution.
