As a Hotel Phone Coordinator at LXR Hotel 1000 Seattle, you will serve as the voice of our esteemed hotel, delivering impeccable service through professional and courteous communication. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, adhering to luxury hospitality & Forbes standards.
- Handle guest requests and reservations efficiently and accurately.
- High focus on In-Room-Dining – receive & process room service orders, collaborate with F&B team on feedback and improvement.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring seamless communication across the hotel.
- Assist with wake-up calls, voicemail setup, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with concierge, front desk, and guest services teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate and assign guest rooms based on reservations, VIP status, and special requests.
- Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping to ensure timely room availability.
- Manage room inventory, upgrades, and preferences to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Assist with pre-arrival arrangements for VIPs, ensuring personalized touches and seamless experiences.
- Monitor occupancy levels, room turnovers, and coordinate last-minute changes.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding room assignments and accommodations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, call center, or customer service role preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a warm and professional tone.
- Deliver service with a sense of luxury and passion.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, OnQ, Fosse) is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
