Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate valet operations to provide prompt and efficient vehicle parking, retrieval, luggage storage and delivery.
- Lead and train the valet team to maintain exceptional service standards and professionalism. Ensure Forbes standards are in place and deliver the best guest experience.
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Execute and coordinate room drop deliveries for group guests with the sales team.
- Monitor traffic flow and optimize arrival logistics to prevent congestion and enhance guest convenience.
- Enforce safety procedures and always ensure proper handling of guest vehicles.
- Address guest concerns and provide swift resolutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure cohesive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arrival area, ensuring an impeccable and luxurious ambiance.
- Provide team members with feedback, coaching and guiding.
- Assist Department Head with weekly scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in valet, hospitality, or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
