Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Responding to customer requests, preparing sample packages, and filling out customer onboarding paperwork.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support customer inquiries and provide necessary information or assistance as required.
- Utilize NetSuite for recordkeeping.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
- Perform duties as a personal assistant to executives or managers, ensuring their administrative needs are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in clerical duties including data entry and document management.
- Computer literacy is essential; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
