The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership, strategic planning and effective management of the clinical services offered at the facility to support the delivery of quality behavioral health care and service to patients in the residential and acute inpatient and outpatient setting. Assesses the quality of our clinical programming and social service provision to patients and families. Assures maintenance of standards for quality clinical services as defined by professional bodies, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and other accrediting organizations. Supervises all clinical program activities for all in-patient units. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, clinical programming, interactions with patients as well as implementing new programs and in-services as needed. Designs and leads implementation of clinical programming. Assists with the provision of leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services and programs offered ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility's performance goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Graduate of an accrediated school of social work or related mental health field.
- LCSW preferred.
- Minimum of four years experience in behavioral health.
- Minimum of three years management experience.
