Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
- Participate in training activities as needed that provide instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population. In addition to recording and reporting on the behavior of individual children as assigned
- Assist with training new and existing behavior technicians
- Monthly graphing and progress reports for CMH
- Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS or other curriculum assessments for new and existing clients
- Schedule and lead case open meetings with the assistance of the Director of Client Services
- Keep parents updated on when technicians transition off your client’s case
General Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) requires the individual to have a minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The employee must have:

- The ability to work cooperatively as a therapy team member

- Passed all behavior technician competencies
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Benefits:
