Position Overview: As Mici’s Hospitality Lead MIT, yu will play a pivotal role in shaping and upholding the reputation of Mici’s as a leader in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of excellence with leading and executing Mici’s 5 steps of service model with all team members. Assisting the restaurant’s General Manager and assuming Mangment repsponsifbliy of store in the absence of the GM.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Implement Mici’s customer service standards and best practices that exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and complaints to identify areas for improvement and take prompt action.
- Train and mentor all new and existing staff to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent experience at our Highlands Ranch location.
Employee Culture Development:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and employee growth.
- Conduct regular performance one on one for FOH staff and provide constructive feedback.
Operational Support:
- Partner and assist the Restaurant’s General Manger to ensure that service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Be responsible for 40 hours a week of FOH operations, leading and providing The Mici Way of service to all guests.
- Oversee the implementation of hygiene, safety, and health protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
Communication, Admin and Reporting:
- Communicate effectively and regularly with store manager and ownership.
- Keep all staff informed about new and current company policies, working check lists, procedures, and any changes that may affect them.
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
- Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
- POS duties: Ring in customers, accept payment, assign and return yourself in POS, and route yourself taking the oldest delivery first.
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
- Maintain clean service areas.
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and make change.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
