Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and creating positive behavior support plans.
Job Description/Role Responsibilities:
*In-Clinic Services
*Caseloads range from 8-10 kids
*Could be supervising 4-10 RBTs depending on how the cases are covered
*Primarily work with kids from 18 months old to 7 years old
*Would consider a hybrid schedule (still need to work through the logistics on this)
*They primarily bill Tricare, Medicaid and Blue Cross insurance
Qualifications:
Must (Experience, Licenses/Certifications, Endorsements, Skills):
-Master’s Degree
-Possess BACB BCBA Certification
-Be an involved BCBA who engages with the students and team
*not looking for someone who just wants to sit in their office
Plus:
-Clinic Based Experience
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
-Master’s Degree
-Possess BACB BCBA Certification
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA is mandatory
Can be from any setting - Clinical/School
Timings - 8- 4 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
