Your evening may involve:

• Answering the phone and taking guest reservations
• Take payments for reservations and shop purchases
• Promoting and selling hotel amenities
• Coordinate guest requests for special services or equipment
• Keeping the main lobby and dining area clean as needed
• Assisting other departments with end of day tasks

Working the third shift often involves quite evenings while completing tasks for the next morning.
