The Job:
The Production Team Member is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing our pre-cast beams and columns, wall panels, solid slabs and hollowcore products. They interpret blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and build structural components. They are proficient in the placing and stressing of rebar strands. The Production Team Member relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- Must be over 18 to apply.
- Have a team-centered attitude.
- Be hungry to learn and grow.
- Tape measure and Blueprint reading experience highly preferred.
- Attitude is more important than experience!
