CNC Mill Operator

Overview
We are seeking a CNC Mill Set-up Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Mill machinery in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, quality control measures, and the ability to work with mutiple set-ups and jobs.

Responsibilities

• Operate ,set-up and monitor CNC Mill machine.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Employ precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure product quality.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members on the production line to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating and setting up CNC Mill Operator.
• Familiarity with machining processes.
• Some experience with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality control.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production needs.

Shift

Mon-Friday: 2:00pm-10:30pm.

Pay is based in experience and negotiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
