Midland Care is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a PACE Liaison. This position plays a critical role in community outreach, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our PACE program. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to communicate effectively about the mission and services of Midland Care.
Employment Status: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Pay: $60,000 based on like experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Midland Care in community outreach activities and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate referrals for the PACE program.
- Educate the community on Midland Care programs and services.
- Collaborate with the Education Department to promote and deliver community education.
- Ensure compliance with department policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing and sales experience, including cold-calling and securing referrals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Kansas or Missouri drivers license
- Reliable transportation for travel to outreach locations.
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in a related field.
