About the Role:
As a Working Manager of Laborers, you’ll oversee and guide our laborer crew, ensuring top-notch performance and seamless execution. Your expertise in problem-solving will drive our projects to success.
What You Will be Doing:
- Meet at our Oceanside office and operate a company vehicle.
- Work with department heads to achieve daily goals by strategizing efficiently.
- Physically move heavy and dusty materials. Manage scrap and leftover materials.
- Ensure job sites are set up and cleaned up in a timely manner; by oneself and through teamwork.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong managing skills with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
- Dependability with an eagerness to adapt to situations
- Strong desire to lead by example, working both independently and with others.
- Ability to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods.
- Heavy lifting required. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on a daily basis.
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
