- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an employee benefits environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
