Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Janitor to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.

Job duties include performing heavy cleaning duties such as:

• Mop and scrub floors, using cleaning solutions, tools and equipment.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean walls, windows and building fixtures.
• Move items manually or using a hand truck.
• Perform minor repairs/handyman duties.
• Perform other manual duties as needed/requested.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year janitorial experience.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to bend and lift, up to 30 lbs.

Hours and Availability: Part-Time Position; 20 to 25 hours per week; (Flexible Schedule)
