About the position:
As the Creative Director at milehimodern, you will be responsible for shaping and articulating the visual and emotional identity of the brand. Your role will be to elevate our storytelling, design, and marketing approach, creating a cohesive brand experience that resonates with our sophisticated clientele. You will lead a team of talented creatives, collaborating across departments to produce compelling campaigns and assets that highlight the uniqueness of each property and milehimodern’s place as a leader in luxury real estate.
Qualifications:
- Location: You must reside in Denver, CO and be able to work in our Cherry Creek office as well as our Boulder office - Monday-Friday
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field. At least 7 years of experience in creative direction, preferably in luxury real estate, architecture, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of high-caliber work in brand building, storytelling, and luxury marketing.
- Leadership: Strong team leadership and project management skills, with a history of fostering creativity and collaboration within a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus familiarity with video editing tools and digital design platforms. Knowledge of web design, UX/UI, and print production is a plus.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to marry aesthetics with strategic brand thinking, understanding how visuals and messaging work to build brand equity and client trust.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and compelling verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present ideas and inspire confidence in clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership: Own and evolve the milehimodern brand identity, ensuring a consistent, elevated aesthetic that aligns with luxury real estate and reflects our clients’ aspirations.
- Creative Vision & Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business objectives, market trends, and the high expectations of our discerning clients.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Oversee the ideation, creation, and execution of engaging visual and written content for all channels, including web, print, social media, email, and digital campaigns.
- Project Management: Lead and manage creative projects from concept through execution, including property marketing, branding campaigns, and collateral for both online and offline media.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, photographers, and videographers. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages original ideas and high-quality work.
- Client and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with brokers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that creative initiatives support and enhance client needs, project goals, and milehimodern's brand promise.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, luxury real estate aesthetics, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to milehimodern’s creative work.
