Leadership Role
We are seeking an AMAZING leader who has a track record of achievement in recruitment and growth of a real estate brokerage! We have a stellar group of people who make our magic happen daily, and we desire a leader who can have fun continuing to create more opportunity and challenge in our culture. Our ideal Business Development Manager balances among three areas: translating high-level strategy for growth into execution, methodical improvement of internal systems that support growth and keen attention to the growth goals/metrics/results.
This person is excited by opportunity and expansion and yet, is grounded in realism. We are growing quickly and our Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading in the realm of recruiting, specifically ensuring that we are achieving the growth goals of the company. Knowledge and experience in the following areas are desired: recruiting skills (cold calling, warm calling, networking, marketing, consulting, sales skills), coaching skills, technology systems, team collaboration and system evolution (increasing organization within the realm of growth).
This position has a base salary of $100,000 plus the ability to earn sales income based on agent production as agents join the company. Total income could be $200,000 .
